        Custom software

From a spreadsheet only one person understands, to one clear system.

Client portals and internal tools built around how your business actually runs.

Drag to compare. The same jobs, before and after a custom portal. Before: a shared spreadsheet with unclear statuses, a broken formula, a duplicate row and sticky notes. After: a portal listing each job with a clear status, the last update and what happens next.

        How we work

From first chat to working software.

        1. STEP 1

          Free consult

Tell us what's slowing you down. You'll get a straight answer, even if it's “buy an off-the-shelf tool”.

        2. STEP 2

          Written quote

A clear first release: what it does, what it doesn't, and the price, before any work starts.

        3. STEP 3

          Build in small steps

Something you can click every week or two, then hosting, monitoring and improvements.

        FAQ

        Common questions.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is custom made and tailored to your business, so there's no price list. We aim to be competitive for small businesses, and after a free consult you'll get a written quote with a clear first release before any work starts.

        How long does it take?

Small automations can take days. A first release of a portal or internal system usually takes weeks, not months. You'll see working software early and often, rather than waiting for a big reveal.

        Where is my data stored?

Applications Dextry hosts run in Sydney, with off-site backups also kept in Australia. Where a project uses an outside service, such as an AI model provider, you're told which one and where it processes data before anything is switched on.

        Who owns the code?

You do. You get the source code and documentation, and you're free to take it to another developer at any time.
